Role description
Seeking a detail-oriented Sr. PMO Analyst / Program Manager (with Data Analytics expertise) to support the Cybersecurity Centre of Excellence (CoE) with a strong focus on vendor coordination, reporting, and operational governance. This role will act as a central point of coordination between internal teams and external vendors, ensuring effective meeting management, progress tracking, and delivery alignment. The ideal candidate combines analytical thinking with strong stakeholder communication and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities: Vendor & Stakeholder Management o Coordinate and manage regular meetings with vendors (status calls, governance forums, performance reviews) o Prepare agendas, document minutes, and track action items to closure o Act as liaison between vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment o Monitor vendor performance against SLAs, KPIs, and contractual commitments Reporting & Data Analysis o Develop and maintain regular PMO reports and dashboards (weekly/monthly status, risks, KPIs) o Analyse project and operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement areas o Provide actionable insights to leadership based on reporting outputs o Support executive reporting and presentation materials Team Coordination & Delivery Support o Coordinate tasks across internal teams to ensure timely delivery of initiatives o Track progress against plans, highlight dependencies, and escalate risks/issues o Support prioritization and workload distribution across the team o Ensure alignment between project timelines and vendor deliverables Governance & Process Improvement o Support implementation and enforcement of PMO standards, processes, and templates o Drive continuous improvement in reporting, communication, and operational workflows o Ensure proper documentation and audit readiness of PMO activities Risk & Issue Management o Identify, track, and proactively manage risks and issues o Facilitate resolution through coordination with relevant stakeholders o Maintain risk and issue logs with clear ownership and mitigation plans Must-Have Qualifications o Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field o 6-8 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, or operations o Strong experience in vendor coordination and stakeholder management o Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint o Experience in reporting, dashboards, and data analysis o Excellent communication and organizational skills Tools & Technologies o Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams) – advance level (formulas, pivot tables, power query) Nice-to-Have o Experience in cybersecurity, IT governance, or enterprise environments o Familiarity with PMO frameworks and delivery governance models o Power BI / Tableau (preferred) o Project management tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, MS Project)
