Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven IT Sales Executive with experience in IT Services Sales. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in selling website development, mobile app development, software development, blockchain solutions, fintech products, SaaS, and digital transformation services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound inquiries generated through website, LinkedIn, referrals, marketing campaigns, Upwork, and other lead channels.
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and lead generation activities.
- Understand client business requirements and recommend suitable IT service solutions.
- -Conduct requirement gathering and initial sales discussions with clients.
- -Schedule meetings, demos, and coordinate with technical teams for solution discussions.
- -Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and follow-up communications.
- -Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- -Maintain and update CRM records, pipeline stages, and client communications.
- -Build long-term client relationships and identify upselling opportunities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- -Stay updated with market trends in IT services, blockchain, fintech, and SaaS.
Required Skills:
- 2–3 years of experience in IT Services Sales / Software Sales / Business Development
- - Strong lead generation, client acquisition, and follow-up skills
- - Experience in proposal writing and requirement gathering
- - Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Upwork, and email communication
- - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- - Ability to work in a target-driven startup environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in IT services, SaaS, or Blockchain/Web3 industry
- MBA/PGDM/BBA or relevant degree preferred
- Experience handling international clients will be an added advantage
