Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven and customer-oriented Showroom Salesperson to join our team. In this role, you will engage with visitors, identify their needs, and guide them through our product catalog. Your ultimate goal is to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and maximize store revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet walk-in visitors with an approachable and energetic attitude.
- Product Demonstrations: Showcase product functionality, highlight unique features, and explain benefits.
- Sales Consultation: Conduct price and feature comparisons to guide customer purchasing decisions.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed specified weekly and monthly sales goals.
- Upselling & Cross-selling: Recommend complementary products, accessories, or premium upgrades to increase total order value.
- Showroom Maintenance: Maintain visual standards by keeping displays clean, organized, and properly stocked.
- Transaction Management: Process cash, credit, or financing payments accurately using Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
- Lead Follow-Up: Track prospective client inquiries and follow up via phone or email to finalize pending sales.
- Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints or exchange requests professionally, escalating them to management when necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Proven history as a retail associate, sales consultant, or similar face-to-face sales role.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills.
- Negotiation: Proven ability to handle price objections, outline financing terms, and close deals.
- Product Literacy: Ability to quickly absorb complex technical specifications or catalog details.
- Basic Math: Strong numerical proficiency for calculating totals, discounts, and handling financial transactions.
- Flexibility: Availability to work a retail schedule, which frequently includes weekends and holidays.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing or business administration is a plus
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
