Requirement
Any Non Engineering Graduate - (BA, Bcom, BSc, BEd, BBA, BCA)
Graduate (2019/2020 pass out)
1.95 LPA (Fixed) + Night Shift Allowance
Shift timings: 6 PM to 3.30 AM or 7 PM to 4.30 AM (night shift).
Location: Noida
Role Purpose
To process assigned cases/work types per defined procedures, compliance, quality and time
standards and to build skills to be a Claims, Premium and Technical Accounting Examiner
Job Description
A processor would be expected be undertake following tasks in his/her role profile:
- Undertake processing of Claims, Premium and Technical Accounting
- Work to agreed priorities daily
- Ensure all allocated cases are handled effectively through to the completion
- Meet or exceed performance benchmarks at specified quality levels
- Raise queries and training needs with clients as required
- Participate in team and continuous improvement forums as required
- Work in other blocks to balance work across the team when required
- Meet or exceed development goals and KPI
