We're looking for a skilled Video Editor with intermediate-to-strong motion graphics ability to join Chatterjee Productions. This is an execution-focused role where you'll work on real client projects across both short-form and long-form content — with clear direction, structured workflows, and room to grow.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Edit short-form content (Reels, YouTube Shorts) with sharp pacing and strong retention hooks
2. Edit long-form videos (YouTube, 5–15 mins+) with proper structure, flow, and engagement
3. Create intermediate-level motion graphics — titles, transitions, lower thirds, and animated elements using After Effects
4. Turn raw footage into clean, polished, client-ready outputs
5. Add text animations, sound design, and visual elements as directed
6. Maintain visual consistency across multiple projects and clients
7. Deliver work on time and incorporate feedback professionally
What We're Looking For :
1. Hands-on experience in both short-form and long-form video editing.
2. Intermediate proficiency in motion graphics (After Effects required)
3. Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects
4. Good understanding of pacing, storytelling, and editing flow
5. Ability to follow creative direction and execute consistently
6. Reliable with deadlines and open to feedback
7. Willingness to learn production systems and grow with the team
Salary & Benefits :
1. ₹10,000 – ₹15,000/month (based on skill and performance)
