Role Overview
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Finance Executive to manage the company’s overall financial operations, including billing, invoicing, and client payment follow-ups. This role requires strong ownership, accuracy, and the ability to coordinate across internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Finance Management
- Maintain day-to-day finance records (receipts, payments)
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
- Ensure proper bookkeeping and financial documentation
- Assist in monthly closing and financial reporting
Billing & Invoicing
- Prepare and issue proforma invoices, tax invoices, and payment certificates
- Ensure accuracy in GST, TDS, and contract terms while billing
- Coordinate with project teams for milestone-based billing
Collections & Client Coordination
- Track outstanding receivables and ageing reports
- Follow up with clients for payments in a professional and structured manner
- Reconcile client accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain clear records of all client communications and payment statuses
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and statutory requirements
- Coordinate with auditors, CA, and external consultants
- Maintain organized financial records for audit and reporting purposes
Requirements
- Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
- Experience: Minimum 2–4 years in accounts & finance (construction/PMC experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of GST, TDS, invoicing, and accounting principles
- Hands-on experience with accounting software (Zoho Books, Tally, or similar)
- Proficiency in MS Excel (reports, trackers, reconciliation)
- Strong communication skills for client interaction and follow-ups

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
