We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with experience in Recruitment sales to drive business growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts. The ideal candidate should have strong sales, client acquisition, and relationship management skills within the recruitment or staffing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in recruitment/staffing services
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Acquire new clients through cold calling, networking, and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for long-term partnerships
- Understand client hiring needs and provide customized recruitment solutions
- Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients
- Maintain and update sales pipeline, CRM, and business reports
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 10 to 20 years of experience in business development or recruitment sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in staffing/recruitment industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in B2B sales and client handling
- Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in IT / Non-IT recruitment sales
- Strong networking and lead generation abilities
- Excellent presentation and proposal-making skills
- Ability to handle multiple clients and priorities
