Job Title: Business Analyst (1–3 Years Experience)Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 1–3 years of experience in the IT industry. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and experience working with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and project management teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
- Conduct requirement analysis, gap analysis, and process mapping.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and other project documentation.
- Participate in client meetings, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate delivered solutions against business requirements.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve project-related queries and issues.
- Ensure timely communication and project status updates to relevant stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT company.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Experience in requirement gathering, business process analysis, and stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and documentation tools.
Good to Have
- Knowledge or hands-on exposure to SAP modules and business processes.
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management platforms.
- Understanding of SQL or basic database concepts.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
