We are seeking an experienced technology delivery professional to support enterprise transformation initiatives across Enterprise architecture, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Cloud, Engineering, Integration, and Shared Technology Services. The role will focus on coordinating cross-functional delivery activities, driving execution governance, managing dependencies, and ensuring operational alignment across global technology teams.
The ideal candidate will have strong program coordination, Agile/SAFe delivery, stakeholder management, and governance experience within large enterprise environments.
- Coordinate delivery activities across enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud, integration, governance, and shared technology initiatives.
- Partner with Enterprise Architecture, Information Security, Infrastructure, Engineering, Data, and business teams to support integrated planning and execution.
- Facilitate Agile/SAFe delivery activities including sprint planning, PI planning, dependency tracking, status reviews, RAID management, and execution governance.
- Support integrated roadmap planning across applications, infrastructure, security, data, integration, and operational technology workstreams.
- Track and manage program milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, action items, and operational metrics across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with system integrators, offshore delivery teams, and third-party vendors to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.
- Prepare and maintain dashboards, governance reports, delivery metrics, and executive status updates for enterprise programs.
- Support enterprise governance activities including architecture reviews, security tracking, compliance coordination, and operational readiness planning.
- Work closely with Architecture and Security teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standards, governance frameworks, and operational controls.
- Coordinate release management, deployment planning, environment readiness, and transition-to-support activities.
- Ensure delivery execution aligns with organizational governance standards, reporting processes, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with global technology leaders and cross-functional teams to support successful execution of enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to governance, reporting standards, delivery cadence, and operational excellence.
- 6+ years of experience in technology program management, project management, or enterprise delivery coordination.
- Strong experience managing complex enterprise technology initiatives across multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
- Experience working in Agile/SAFe delivery environments with strong understanding of delivery governance and execution management.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage dependencies, identify risks, escalate issues, and drive execution transparency.
- Experience collaborating with globally distributed teams, offshore delivery organizations, and third-party vendors.
- Working knowledge of enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, governance, compliance, and integration concepts.
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced enterprise transformation environments.
