Responsibilities:
- To understand Project Finance / Funding
- To Carryout Due Diligence of Project
- To carryout ‘TEV’ Analysis of the Project
- To explain different options of funding Debt / Equity / Hybrid
- FI / Banking/ International Funds NBFC`s
- World Bank / ADB
- To propose the financial model
- To Prepare Cash Flows
- To Prepare Debt Servicing
- To do Transactions Advisory Services
- To Structure ‘PPP’ model for Projects
- To do all legal compliances
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- (Master's preferred)MBA /CA
- Proven experience in financial analysis and strategic planning, Project Advisory, Budgeting, Forecasting & Financial Management (Minimum 7 to 10years)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) a plus.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
