Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Lucknow. The Accountant will oversee financial records, manage budget reports, prepare tax filings, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and analyze financial data for informed decision-making. Additional responsibilities include reconciling accounts, processing invoices, monitoring financial transactions, supporting audits, and providing accurate financial information to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting entries in Tally or similar software
- Handle accounts payable & receivable, invoicing, and billing
- Follow up on client payments and vendor settlements
- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Coordinate with banks for transactions and documentation
- Assist in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and financial records
- Prepare MIS reports, expense tracking, and financial summaries
- Maintain organized records of invoices, receipts, and transactions
- Support internal coordination for approvals and financial processes
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance role
- Hands-on experience with Tally / accounting software
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic compliance
- MS Excel
