We are looking for a detail-oriented Back Office Executive to join our team. In this role, you will handle daily administrative tasks, manage client correspondence via email, and process KYC documentation. Preference will be given to candidates who possess a basic understanding of stock markets, shares, or Demat process.
- Manage, organize, and reply to official company emails professionally.
- Verify, process, and maintain client KYC (Know Your Customer) and onboarding documents.
- Assist with basic Demat account opening documentation and administrative follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical data records with high confidentiality.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client documentation issues.
- Education: Graduate or Higher Secondary (12th Pass) preferred.
- Communication: Good written communication skills in English for drafting emails.
- Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and internet browsing.
- Domain Knowledge: Prior exposure to shares, stockbroking, mutual funds, or Demat accounts is highly preferred but not mandatory.
Pay: Up to ₹13,000.00 per month
