Job Description: Back Office Executive
Position: Back Office Executive
Department: Purchase
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales orders.
- Maintain customer records and company databases.
- Coordinate with the sales, dispatch, accounts, and production teams.
- Handle documentation, filing, and MIS reports.
- Process orders and follow up on deliveries.
- Manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Maintain inventory and office records.
- Perform data entry with accuracy and generate daily/weekly reports.
- Support day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–1 years of back office or administrative experience.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Preferred Industry: Manufacturing, Lubricants, FMCG, or Industrial Products.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
