- Execute equity & derivatives trade orders on behalf of clients with accuracy on terminal.
- Develop and maintain long term client relationships to ensure high customer retention and support business growth.
- Handle and resolve client queries related to trades & accounts.
- Client & Account Management: Process Demat/Trading account opening forms, handle Know Your Client (KYC) documentation, and manage client data.
- Trade Operations: Assist with pay-ins, payouts, settlements, and reconciliations for trades.
- Knowledge: Understanding of SEBI regulations, stock market mechanics, KYC, DP operations.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, data management tools, and back-office software.
- Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, good communication etc.
- Education: Bachelor's degree (Commerce, Finance, Business Admin preferred), NISM Certification (preferred but not necessary)
