Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Food Truck Chef to manage evening operations. The role involves basic cooking, maintaining hygiene standards, and handling daily records efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform minimal cooking and food preparation as per menu
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the food truck at all times
- Handle basic record keeping (sales, stock, daily logs)
- Ensure food quality and timely service to customers
- Manage ingredients and inform for restocking when needed
Requirements:
- Basic cooking skills
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow hygiene standards
- Responsible and punctual
- Basic record-keeping skills
- Prior experience in food service is a plus (not mandatory)
Job Type: Part-Time
Shift Timing: Evening (4 PM – 10 PM)
