Job Summary
We are looking for a Financial Survey Executive to support insurance survey and loss assessment assignments by handling both field surveys and office documentation. The role involves collecting and verifying financial information, coordinating with clients, preparing professional survey reports, and ensuring timely completion of insurance claim documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit client locations for financial surveys, inspections, and document collection as required.
- Collect, verify, and analyse financial records, invoices, stock statements, and supporting documents.
- Assist surveyors during site inspections and prepare field visit observations.
- Draft and prepare insurance survey reports with accuracy and clarity.
- Prepare professional reports, presentations, and data summaries using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Coordinate with clients, surveyors, and internal teams to obtain required information and resolve queries.
- Maintain proper documentation, digital records, and version control of survey reports.
- Ensure reports comply with quality standards and are delivered within committed timelines.
- Maintain confidentiality of client and financial information.
Key Requirements
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Advanced Functions, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Data Analysis).
- Proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written communication and report-writing skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel within Pune for client visits and survey assignments.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.
Qualification
- B.Com, BBA, BMS, BA, or Any Graduate.
- Freshers with excellent MS Office skills are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in Insurance Survey, Claims Processing, Documentation, Banking, Audit, CA Firms, or Financial Services will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Immediate joiners or candidates serving a notice period of less than 30 days.
- Pune-based candidates preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a professional approach to client interactions.
Pay: ₹18,500.00 - ₹25,500.00 per month
