Job Summary
We are looking for a Pega Developer with experience in BPM, CRM, or ITSM application development. The candidate should have strong expertise in Pega development, integrations, security, and enterprise application delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain applications on the Pega Platform.
- Participate in all SDLC phases including development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Configure workflows, case management, business rules, and reports.
- Develop integrations using REST/SOAP, JSON, and XML.
- Implement application security and access controls.
- Support deployments, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Required Skills
- Hands-on Pega development experience.
- Exposure to BPM, CRM, or ITSM platforms.
- Strong knowledge of JSON/XML integrations.
- Understanding of authentication, authorization, and access controls.
- Exposure to AWS services (EC2, S3).
- Basic Java, SQL, and RDBMS knowledge.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Exposure to HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and ReactJS.
Certifications preferred
- Pega Certified System Architect (PCSA) v8.
- Pega Certified Senior System Architect (PCSSA) v8 preferred.
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bengaluru, Karnataka
