Job Title: Sales Executive

Responsibilities:
1. Cold Calling:
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients with the aim of introducing our products/services and establishing interest.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings to potential customers.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for further engagement with the sales team.
- Keep accurate records of all interactions and update the CRM system regularly.
2. Lead Generation:
- Research and identify potential clients through various channels, including online research, networking events, and industry conferences.
- Develop and implement strategies to generate new business opportunities and expand the client base.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align efforts and optimize lead generation campaigns.
3. Handling Team:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, fostering a collaborative and goal-oriented work environment.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's product knowledge, sales techniques, and objection handling skills.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members, providing constructive feedback and implementing improvement plans as needed.
4. Sales Strategy:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall company objectives.
5. Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure a seamless post-sales experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong cold calling and lead generation skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
- Results-driven with a customer-centric mindset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
