We are looking for a Performance Marketing & Brand Manager who can take our 30-year legacy and translate it into a compelling digital narrative that resonates with our audience.
Your role is not about daily sales; it is about ensuring that the world recognizes the artistry, patience, and exclusivity of Alankrit.
*Your Key Responsibilities*
1 Brand Image & Positioning: You will be the steward of the Alankrit brand. Your core mandate is to build, refine, and elevate our brand identity, ensuring our digital presence reflects the premium, timeless nature of our Chikankari.
2 Exhibition Promotion Strategy: We showcase our collections across 50+ cities. You will be responsible for creating "pre-exhibition buzz." This includes identifying the right local influencers and marketing channels in each city to ensure high footfall of an audience that appreciates true craftsmanship.
3 Creative Campaign Creation: You will design and execute brand-focused campaigns for festive seasons and collection launches that highlight the 40-day artistry behind our work, ensuring our brand voice remains sophisticated and distinct.
4 Digital Advertising (Meta & Google): You will manage our paid presence on Meta and Google Ads, shifting the focus from transactional sales to brand awareness and storytelling, ensuring we reach the right connoisseurs of fine clothing.
5 Visual Direction: You will lead the creative direction for our product and brand photoshoots, ensuring every image upholds our standard of elegance.
6 Influencer & Channel Selection: With a sharp eye for detail, you will vet and manage premium influencer collaborations that authentically align with our 30-year heritage.
7 SEO & Digital Presence: You will optimize our digital footprint so that when people seek authentic, high-end Chikankari, they discover the Alankrit legacy.
Who You Are (Requirements)
Master Storyteller: You have a proven ability to build brands. You know how to create a buzz and communicate a legacy through both written content and visual media.
Creative Visionary: You have a keen eye for aesthetics. You don't just "run ads"—you create campaigns that capture the soul of a product.
Strategic Planner: You are highly organized and can manage the complexities of city-specific exhibition promotions while maintaining a long-term brand building strategy.
Experience: You have hands-on experience managing Meta and Google Ads and understand how to use these platforms to increase brand authority and reach.
Detail-Oriented: You are highly selective with partners, influencers, and creative assets, ensuring everything we put out into the market is a perfect reflection of our heritage.
