PathSky Global Pvt. Ltd. is looking for motivated and customer-focused Inbound & Outbound Telecallers to join our growing BPO team in Gurgaon. The role involves handling customer interactions through inbound and outbound calls, understanding customer requirements, providing appropriate information, generating leads, and supporting conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls and resolve customer queries professionally.
- Make outbound calls to customers and prospective customers as per campaign requirements.
- Explain products/services clearly and address customer questions.
- Generate leads, conduct follow-ups, and support sales/conversion activities.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
- Update customer information and call outcomes in the CRM/system.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and quality targets.
- Follow company processes, communication standards, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach during all interactions.
Candidate Profile:
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in BPO, telecalling, telesales, customer support, or a related field.
- Good spoken communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Candidates fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi will also be considered.
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM or calling applications.
- Good interpersonal and listening skills.
- Target-oriented, disciplined, and comfortable working in a customer-facing role.
- Candidates should be comfortable working from the office.
