1. Monitor and manage incoming leads from Internal, External - Google Ads, and
WhatsApp Business including Bulk Data.
2. Be the first point of contact for our leads that come in via phone calls, email
queries, WhatsApp messages, and website enquiries.
3. All incoming leads have to be reached out to within 1-hour and entire process
flow to be closed within the same day.
4. Allocate leads in real-time to appropriate Coordinators.
5. Track lead response time and team follow-ups to ensure lead quality and
performance from enquiry till closure (admission or not interested).
6. Generate dashboards, daily reports on lead quality, allocation, response time,
connected, not connected, visits, expected conversions/admissions and overall
performance.
7. Ensure CRM processes are accurate, efficient, and aligned with admissions
Workflows.
8. Be on top of the CRM pipeline to track every single lead based on the
follow-ups required, date for the same, school visits, etc.
9. Maintain CRM hygiene by standardizing data input and ensuring regular
Updates.
10. Identify bottlenecks in the lead journey and recommend solutions to
minimize drop-offs.
11. Ensure that all lead communications are aligned with data privacy
regulations and internal policies.
