Rarefiction Media is looking for a highly creative, trend-driven, and passionate Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team in Hyderabad. We are searching for someone who can think beyond templates, understand modern branding aesthetics, and create visually strong content for digital platforms and campaigns.
This role is strictly for Pure Graphic Designers only.
We are NOT hiring UI/UX Designers, Web Designers, or App Designers for this position.
At Rarefiction Media, you will work on multiple brands, social media campaigns, production projects, advertisements, event creatives, reels support creatives, thumbnails, posters, and high-engagement digital content. We are looking for designers who understand storytelling through visuals and can deliver high-quality creative outputs in a fast-paced environment.

Role Responsibilities
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
- Design high-quality social media posts, posters, carousels, thumbnails, banners, and campaign creatives
- Create modern and engaging visual concepts for brands across different industries
- Work on Instagram feed planning and branding consistency
- Develop creative concepts for marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Create trend-based designs suitable for reels, ads, and social media engagement
- Coordinate with content creators, video editors, and marketing teams for campaign execution
- Design event creatives, influencer campaign creatives, and advertisement materials
- Handle revisions and creative feedback professionally and efficiently
- Assist with branding materials during shoots and production activities when required
- Maintain organized project files and follow internal creative workflows
- Research current design trends, references, typography styles, and creative inspirations regularly
- Contribute original ideas during brainstorming sessions and campaign planning

Required Skills
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
- Strong graphic design fundamentals and creative thinking ability
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout composition, and branding
- Strong social media design knowledge and modern aesthetic sense
- Ability to create eye-catching and engaging digital creatives
- Understanding of Instagram trends, carousel styles, reel cover aesthetics, and campaign visuals
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and quality-focused creative execution

Software Knowledge

Candidates should have strong working knowledge of:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Canva
- Any additional creative tools are a plus

Strong Portfolio is Mandatory
Only candidates with creative graphic design portfolios will be considered
Freshers can apply if portfolio quality is exceptional
