Job description:
CACTUS is a remote-first organization and we embrace an accelerate from anywhere culture. You may be required to travel to our Mumbai office based on business requirements or for company/team events.
As an Associate Process Manager, you will be a part of the Work Flow Management team, which is responsible for coordinating the flow of work coming into the editing department, working with the client servicing team to meet customer requirements and being the first point of contact for editors working across the globe.
Note: You will be expected to work in rotational shifts for the 24x7 process. Only candidates’ comfortable working in these shifts are requested to apply.
Job responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the editing, client servicing, and customer care teams to understand and deliver against client requirements
- Coordinate and answer queries from in-house and freelance editors across the globe in a timely and professional manner
- Having an in-depth knowledge of all processes within the company
- Cultivating solid relationships with the editors by providing a great personal and professional environment

Interacting with editors through phone calls and email communications
Qualifications and prerequisites:
- 6 months – 1 year experience in a client servicing role
- Fluent English communication and good email-writing skills with attention to grammar, empathy, and internal processes
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
- Analytical skills to identify and plug inefficiencies
- Proficiency in Word and Excel would be an advantage
- Maintaining a positive frame while dealing with high pressure situations
