Term loan/bank debt trade settlement experience in clearpar either at a bank or on behalf of another asset manager is Mandatory
Transaction / Trade Processing
Assist with processing of transactions and trades. Perform the necessary checks and validation.
Reconciliation => Handling trade, position and cash reconciliation and liaising with stakeholders to resolve breaks
Corporate Actions => Help with corporate action notifications, elections and processing • Reference Data => Maintaining and updating security database
Ad-hoc => additional fund operations activities mutually agreed with Client
Work with executing brokers/PB to clear any breaks to avoid any trading issues
