About the Role
We are looking for a confident, well-presented, and customer-focused Front Desk Executive to manage the gym reception, handle member interactions, and support membership sales.
The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in front desk, customer service, sales, hospitality, gym, fitness, or a similar role.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet members, guests, and walk-in customers professionally.
- Manage all front desk and reception activities.
- Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
- Explain gym memberships, packages, offers, and facilities to prospective customers.
- Conduct gym tours for prospective members.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into memberships.
- Handle membership registrations, renewals, payments, and receipts.
- Maintain accurate member and lead records.
- Achieve monthly membership and sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with trainers, housekeeping, and management for smooth gym operations.
- Maintain daily sales, inquiry, follow-up, and membership reports.
- Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and professional.
- Assist management with other front-office and administrative activities when required.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in a gym/fitness industry will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good Hindi and English communication.
- Presentable, energetic, and confident personality.
- Strong sales and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, email, and computer systems.
- Comfortable making follow-up calls and handling customers.
- Target-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.
Salary & Benefits
₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
Additional: Performance-based incentives may be provided for membership sales and target achievement.
