Role Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Architect with experience in the real estate and construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and modifying architectural plans, coordinating with clients and consultants, monitoring customization works, and ensuring drawings comply with project requirements and government approvals.
KRA: Task / Activities
- Determine client/company requirements and project objectives.
- Review architectural drawings, maintain transmittal records, and share updates with stakeholders.
- Conduct site analysis and evaluate existing structures.
- Modify plans in line with company vision, client expectations, and sales requirements.
- Prepare customization drawings based on customer requirements.
- Maintain and monitor customer service requests and customization work reports.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams for project finalization.
- Collaborate with construction professionals and support project execution activities.
- Track consultant progress and finalize drawings in line with statutory approvals.
- Visit project sites whenever required.
KPI: Performance Metrics
- Accuracy and quality of architectural drawings.
- Timely completion of customization drawings and revisions.
- Effective coordination with clients and consultants.
- Compliance with project timelines and approval processes.
- Responsiveness in handling customer service requests.
- Accuracy in maintaining project and transmittal records.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
