Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Execution Engineer to oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and according to quality standards. The ideal candidate will coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams to ensure smooth execution of residential or commercial construction projects.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site execution activities and monitor construction progress.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely completion of work.
- Monitor workmanship and ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify construction issues, providing timely solutions.
- Verify measurements and quantities for billing and contractor payments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Coordinate material planning, delivery, and inventory to avoid project delays.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, company policies, and project requirements.
- Attend site meetings and communicate project updates to management.
- Support project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project timelines and assist in achieving milestone targets within budget.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 1–5 years of experience in site execution for residential, commercial, or mixed-use real estate projects.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, quality control, and safety practices.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of RCC, finishing works, MEP coordination, and interior fit-out activities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under deadlines.
- Team-oriented with strong organizational and reporting skills.
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
