Customer support Executive (Voice process)
Employment Type: Full-Time (9 hours working with rotational shifts)
Part-Time ( From 7:30 pm to 1:30 am)
Work Mode: Work from Office
Salary:
**Full-Time: ₹13,000 – ₹14,000 CTC per month
**Part-Time: ₹6,000 – ₹7,000 (in hand) per month
*Job Summary*
We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastiC **Customer Support Executive** to handle customer interactions and resolving their queries through voice calls. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer concerns, providing accurate information, resolving their queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
The training sessions will be provided
*Key Responsibilities* :
* Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally.
* Understand customer queries, complaints, and service requests.
* Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions.
* Maintain a polite, professional, and customer-friendly tone.
* Resolve customer issues within the defined TAT/SLA.
* Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the concerned department.
* Record customer interactions and update details in the CRM/system.
* Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.
* Achieve assigned quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
* Maintain updated knowledge of products, services, and company policies.
*Required Skills* :
* Excellent verbal communication skills in both english and hindi.
* Good listening and interpersonal skills.
* Customer-service-oriented approach.
* Strong problem-solving ability.
* Basic computer knowledge
* Ability to handle difficult customers calmly and professionally.
* Good time management and attention to detail.
*Eligibility* :
* **Qualification:** 12th Pass / Graduate.
* **Experience:** Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
**Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts**
**Candidate should not have any upcoming exams in 3 months**
*Other Details*
* **Week-Offs: Rotational week-offs will be provided.
* **Shifts : Rotational shifts may be applicable as per business requirements.
