Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 07:30 PM

Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Sales and Marketing Intern to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing strategies, and lead conversion. The intern will play a key role in assisting with the implementation of marketing strategies and helping to convert leads into enrollments for Paperloft Institute’s courses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team in lead generation, follow-up calls, and converting potential leads into enrollments.
- Implementing Strategies: Assist in implementing marketing strategies across digital and offline channels to boost brand awareness and student inquiries.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to analyze competitors, industry trends, and customer needs to support the development of new marketing initiatives.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing webinars, workshops, and promotional events to raise awareness about our courses and programs.
- Customer Interaction: Assist in managing inbound client inquiries, providing information on courses, schedules, and offerings.
- Reporting & Analytics: Support the team in tracking and reporting on sales and marketing performance, analyzing data to identify areas of improvement.
- Collaborative Work: Work with other departments to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with the company’s goals.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in sales and marketing.
- Good understanding of marketing strategies and lead conversion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior internship or experience in a similar role will be a plus but is not mandatory.
