We are looking for motivated and experienced Freelance Recruiters to support our ongoing hiring requirements across multiple industries and functions. Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and personal networks
- Screen and assess candidate suitability based on client requirements
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular candidate follow-ups
- Ensure timely submission of qualified candidates
- Manage candidate pipelines and support the hiring process until joining
Requirements
- Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, or candidate sourcing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions simultaneously
- Familiarity with sourcing tools, job boards, LinkedIn, and social recruiting platforms
- Prior experience in BPO, customer service, sales, insurance, or volume hiring is an advantage
