Front office Executive
We are looking for a hotel front office executive who serves as the primary face of the property. he manage guest check-ins and check-outs, process bookings, resolve customer complaints, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to guarantee a seamless and welcoming guest experience .
- Guest Services: Greet guests warmly, verify identities, assign rooms, and issue keys upon arrival. Handle check-outs, settle bills, and process secure payments.
- Reservations & Inquiries: Manage bookings, update availability in the Property Management System (PMS) , and provide local details on amenities and directions.
- Interdepartmental Coordination: Liaise with Housekeeping to ensure room readiness and collaborate with Loss Prevention/Security or management for any incidents.
- Administrative Operations: Maintain shift logs, manage overbooking situations , balance cash drawers, and ensure data privacy protocols are met.
- Team Leadership: Assist management in training, coaching, and motivating reception staff to reach operational goals.
- Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Typically requires a degree or diploma in Hotel Management or a high school diploma with relevant experience.
- Experience: Minimum 1 years of relevant customer service or administrative experience within the Hospitality Industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in IDS software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Soft Skills: Outstanding verbal communication , multitasking abilities, active problem-solving, and empathy under pressure.
- Grooming: Neat, professional appearance with a strictly customer-oriented, disciplined, and welcoming demeanor.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
