Individuals with formal or informal teaching or training experience.
Candidates experienced in working with diverse groups.
Professionals with strong communication skills who are open to structured training and curriculum delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Training & Facilitation
Conduct interactive sessions on verbal and non-verbal communication, active listening, public speaking, and interpersonal skills.
Introduce concepts such as tone, clarity, articulation, body language, confidence, and audience awareness.
Event Preparation, Administrative & Collaborative Work
Ideate, prepare, and execute a standalone Gyansthan Communication Skills event during the academic year (e.g., public speaking showcase, debate event, or presentation day).
Submit session plans and progress reports.
Maintain attendance and student performance records.
Participate in meetings and curriculum enhancement discussions.
Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹1,500.00 per hour
