Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior MEP Engineer to lead and manage MEP works for high-rise residential projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, coordination, quality assurance, testing & commissioning, and timely delivery of all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV systems.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee end-to-end execution of MEP works for high-rise residential developments.
2. Review MEP drawings, specifications, BOQs, shop drawings, and technical submittals to ensure compliance with project requirements.
3. Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, design teams, contractors, and site engineers for seamless project execution.
4. Manage installation and execution of Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, HVAC, STP, WTP, DG, Pumps, ELV, and Utility Systems.
5. Monitor project schedules and ensure MEP activities are completed within budget and timelines.
6. Conduct site inspections and quality audits to ensure compliance with approved drawings, standards, and safety regulations.
7. Review contractor bills, work orders, variation claims, and quantity reconciliations.
8. Coordinate procurement of MEP materials and equipment, ensuring timely availability at site.
9. Ensure compliance with NBC, Fire NOC requirements, local authority regulations, and relevant IS codes.
10. Lead testing, commissioning, snag rectification, and handover activities for all MEP services.
11. Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, resource plans, and management updates.
12. Identify project risks, resolve technical issues, and implement corrective actions to avoid delays.
13. Drive value engineering initiatives to optimize costs while maintaining quality and functionality.
14. Coordinate with facility management and operations teams during project handover.
15. Mentor and guide junior engineers and site teams to achieve project objectives.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
