We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – Operations to manage a team of customer service representatives and drive performance excellence in the BFSI domain.
Location: Gurugram (Sector 30)
Salary: Upto ₹7.5 LPA
Shift: Rotational (5 days working)

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team, ensuring adherence to processes
Handle escalations and drive quick resolutions
Monitor KPIs (CSAT, Quality, AHT)
Coach and mentor team members
Improve team performance and customer experience
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience as a Team Leader (Customer Service/Call Center)
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, rotational shift environment
