Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager with expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Fighting (MEPF) and Civil/Structural Engineering, along with strong proficiency in STAAD.Pro. The ideal candidate will lead and manage all technical aspects of modular construction projects, ensuring structural integrity, design excellence, regulatory compliance, cost optimization, and seamless integration of MEPF systems within modular construction methodologies.
The role involves overseeing structural analysis, design validation, engineering coordination, and technical support throughout the project lifecycle. The Technical Manager will collaborate closely with design, engineering, manufacturing, and site execution teams to develop innovative, efficient, and technically sound modular support system solutions.
The successful candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, in-depth knowledge of structural design standards and codes, excellent leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage multidisciplinary engineering teams while ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
This position involves working on the following aspects.
· Lead the design, coordination, and integration of MEP systems in modular units across various projects.
· Ability to read & understand various MEPF drawings / Plan / Section / Schematic / Mark-up.
· Handson Staad pro software to design static and seismic supports specially in steel structures.
· Prepare structural design calculations, reports, and engineering documentation.
· Through knowledge of standard codes for Steel design such as IS 800, IS801, IS1893, IS 16700, etc.
· Independently execute precise 2D AutoCAD and 3D Revit MEP coordination for various zones including rooms, corridors, risers, and plant areas, ensuring clash-free and installation-ready designs.
· Conduct site visits and attend client/consultant meetings to provide product knowledge, technical presentations, and solutions tailored to specific project requirements.
· Continuously learn and apply various service standards and international/local building codes relevant to MEPF systems in modular construction.
· Collaborate effectively with the team to deliver detailed and high-quality MEP coordination models and drawings within the specified time frame and project standards.
· Independently prepare Technical Data Sheets (TDS) in compliance with project specifications and industry standards for MEPF systems and components.
· Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers and design teams.
· Support proposal preparation, technical presentations, and customer interactions where required.
· Should have sound knowledge of various aspects of building services including HVAC, Mechanical Pipework for Heating / Cooling, Domestic Water Supplies, Gases, Sprinkler and Drainage systems
· Perform calculations, simulations, and analysis to optimize MEPF designs for efficiency, cost- effectiveness, and sustainability.
· Ensure technical compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards in all MEPF designs.
· Stay updated with advancements in structural engineering software and industry best practices.
· Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and other project documents.

· Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering (Master's Degree preferred).
· 5 to 6 years of experience working in structural design and Staad Pro design in coordination using Navis Model.
· Experience to work on Navis works.
· Interface for Revit Mechanical / Structural / Schematic.
· Strong understanding of MEP design principles, building codes, and industry standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, etc.)
· Professional certification or membership in a recognized engineering body is an advantage.
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per month
