This is a 100% commission/incentive-only freelance position. There is no fixed base salary. Your earnings are tied directly to course enrollments and sales closed.
We are seeking energetic, self-motivated Freelance Student Career Consultants to connect with college students, understand their career goals, and guide them toward enrolling in our professional career development courses.
If you are a student leader, campus ambassador, or sales enthusiast with a strong network among college students, this role offers uncapped earning potential and flexible hours.
- Campus & Online Outreach: Reach out to college students through campus networking, student groups, social media, and direct messaging.
- Seminars & Workshops: pitch and schedule career guidance workshops, skill-building sessions, and certification courses for students and working professionals.
- Institutional Collaborations: Secure B2B tie-ups, MoU sign-ups, and corporate training partnerships for our programs.
- Student Counseling: Interact with students to understand their skill gaps and career goals.
- Course Pitching: Present and recommend our specialized career courses Like Data Science, Digital Marketing, Video editing, Graphic design to prospective students.
- Lead Conversion: Manage the end-to-end process from initial student inquiry to final course payment/registration.
- Active connection or network with college students/fresh graduates (campus leaders or recent graduates are preferred).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build trust and persuade students regarding career development options.
- Self-driven approach to generate and convert student leads independently.
- Must have a smartphone/laptop and active internet connection.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication, presentation, and field-sales skills.
- Experience in institutional sales, educational counseling, or B2B field outreach is preferred.
- Ability to pitch effectively to school principals, college deans, placement heads, and corporate HRs.
- Willingness to travel locally for field visits and meetings.
- Must have personal transportation (two-wheeler/four-wheeler) and a smartphone.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
