As the first face of our organization, you will shape the initial impression for our clients and visitors. Key Responsibilities
Visitor Management: Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive; direct visitors to the appropriate person, office, or meeting room.
Communication: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, while addressing inquiries and taking accurate messages.
Administrative Support: Manage the reception area, maintain office security by following access control procedures, and handle incoming and outgoing mail/deliveries.
Scheduling: Coordinate meetings, maintain calendars, and assist with booking appointments as required.
Office Maintenance: Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and place orders when necessary; ensure the front desk and reception areas are tidy and presentable at all times.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar customer-facing role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and standard office equipment (printers, scanners).
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professional etiquette.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
A positive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.
Pay: ₹8,597.77 - ₹23,996.66 per month
