A receptionist is the face of a company, managing the front desk and providing essential clerical support. They greet guests, route phone calls, manage office correspondence, and maintain a welcoming, organized environment. This role ensures seamless daily operations and sets a positive first impression for the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Visitor Management: Greet, welcome, and direct guests to the appropriate person or department.
- Communication: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while taking messages and responding to inquiries.
- Front Desk Operations: Ensure the reception area is neat and equipped with necessary stationery (e.g., pens, forms).
- Correspondence: Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Security & Access: Maintain workplace security by issuing visitor badges, monitoring logbooks, and adhering to safety protocols.
- Administrative Support: Assist with filing, photocopying, transcribing, scheduling meetings, and managing calendars.
- Inventory Control: Monitor and order front office supplies while keeping an inventory of stock.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
