Job Summary:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and ensuring the proper functioning of all equipment, electrical systems, plumbing, and general infrastructure within the facility. The role ensures a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for staff, patients, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repair of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Inspect hospital facilities regularly to identify maintenance issues.
- Repair or replace faulty equipment, lights, switches, plumbing fixtures, and other systems.
- Maintain generators, UPS systems, and other essential equipment.
- Ensure proper functioning of air conditioning and ventilation systems.
- Respond quickly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
- Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with hospital safety regulations.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers when external maintenance is required.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
Qualification:
- Diploma / ITI in Electrical / Mechanical / Maintenance or related field.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
