- Monitor daily equity, derivatives, and commodity trades.
- Handle trade confirmations and contract note processing.Ensure timely pay-in and pay-out of funds and securities.
- Manage clearing and settlement processes with exchanges (NSE/BSE/MCX).
- Act as a bridge between management and operational staff
- Ensure timely communication and issue resolution
- Prepare and check trade files before uploading to back-office systems.
- Monitor margin positions, shortfalls, and ensure clients maintain adequate margins.
- Record and authorize dividends, bonuses, splits, and other corporate actions accurately.
- Identify bottlenecks in daily workflows and suggest automated solutions or software tools to increase efficiency.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on turnover, brokerage earned, and active client counts for senior management.
