About the Company
Nile Nadi Cultura Private Limited is an engineering company specializing in industrial machinery manufacturing for the agriculture and mineral processing industries. We design and manufacture Conveyor Systems, Multi Belt Dryers, Industrial Dryers, Biomass Burners, Material Handling Systems, and customized processing equipment.
We are looking for dedicated Production Operators to join our growing manufacturing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate industrial production machinery safely and efficiently.
- Monitor machine performance during production.
- Perform routine machine inspections before and after each shift.
- Assist with machine setup and production activities.
- Maintain production records and daily operating logs.
- Follow preventive maintenance schedules.
- Maintain housekeeping and workplace cleanliness.
- Follow company safety procedures and use PPE at all times.
- Coordinate with Engineers and Production Supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- ITI (Mechanical / Fitter / Turner / Welder / Diesel Mechanic) or equivalent.
- Diploma in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
- B.E. Mechanical Engineering candidates are also welcome.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of industrial machinery.
- Understanding of conveyors, dryers, or material handling equipment.
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to use workshop tools safely.
- Good communication and teamwork.
- Willingness to learn and grow.
Salary
Training Period (Chennai):
₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
After successful training and deployment:
Salary will be offered based on experience, skills, and project assignment.
