Job Summary
Rational Constructions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced, reliable, and skilled JCB Operator for our active project sites in Chitrakoot. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating backhoe loaders and heavy machinery safely and efficiently to support our construction and infrastructure projects (including earthmoving, excavation, and site preparation).
Key Responsibilities
- Machine Operation: Expertly operate JCB/Backhoe Loader machinery for excavation, trenching, digging, leveling, land clearing, and material handling.
- Daily Maintenance: Perform routine pre-operation and post-operation checks (checking oil levels, coolant, tire pressure, greasing, and hydraulic systems) to ensure the machine runs smoothly.
- Site Safety: Strictly adhere to company safety protocols to prevent on-site accidents. Ensure the machine is securely locked and parked when not in use.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with site supervisors, engineers, and ground staff to execute tasks accurately according to project blueprints and instructions.
- Log Maintenance: Keep a basic daily record of machine running hours and fuel consumption.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven experience operating a JCB/Backhoe loader on active construction sites.
- License: Must possess a valid Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) driving license / Heavy Machinery Operator license.
- Skills: Strong spatial awareness, excellent hand-eye coordination, and basic troubleshooting skills for minor mechanical issues.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to work full-time in outdoor field conditions and varying weather environments.
- Locality: Candidates residing in or willing to relocate immediately to Chitrakoot are highly preferred.
