Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable, proactive, and hardworking Field Executive to manage on-ground operational activities for our projects across Jharkhand. The role requires regular visits to government departments, project sites, warehouses, vendors, and client locations. The candidate will be responsible for field coordination, tender submissions, material movement, site supervision, and ensuring smooth project execution.
The ideal candidate should be punctual, trustworthy, well-organized, and comfortable with extensive travel.
Key Responsibilities
Field Operations
- Visit various districts and blocks across Jharkhand for project-related activities.
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress.
- Coordinate with department officials, vendors, labour teams, and field staff.
- Supervise installation work and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Submit tenders and documents in government departments and offices.
Material Management
- Coordinate material dispatch and delivery to project locations.
- Receive materials and verify quantity and quality.
- Maintain records of material receipt, dispatch, and site utilization.
Department & Vendor Coordination
- Visit government departments, buyers, suppliers, and vendors as required.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders.
- Ensure smooth communication between office and field operations.
Reporting & Documentation
- Provide daily reports on field visits, work progress, and pending tasks.
- Report challenges, delays, or issues to management promptly.
- Maintain proper documentation and records related to projects and operations.
Requirements
- Must be punctual, honest, and responsible.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable using smartphones, WhatsApp, email, internet, and Google Maps.
- Strong problem-solving ability and willingness to take ownership.
- Ready to travel frequently across Jharkhand.
- Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.
- Prior experience in field operations, logistics, project coordination, or tender submission will be preferred.
