Role Summary
We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Brand Manager to handle branding activities for our Homes Division across offline (60%) and online (40%) platforms. The candidate will be responsible for product branding, in-shop branding, market promotions, digital campaigns, and brand visibility initiatives for home furnishing and textile products.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage offline and online brand promotion activities
- Handle in-shop branding, display concepts, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns
- Coordinate with sales, merchandising, design, and digital teams
- Manage social media, digital marketing, and content branding activities
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Maintain branding reports, vendor coordination, and campaign tracking

Preferred Industry Experience

Qualifications, Education and skill sets:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Textile Management, or related field
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred
- 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in the textile industry / Home Furnishing / Fabric / FMCG / Retail / Export Industry
- Strong understanding of the textile market, consumer trends, and industry regulations
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong leadership and team management skills
