About this role: We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst for Digital Marketing to join our dynamic
team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to help us
make informed marketing decisions. You will work closely with the marketing team to measure
campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights that drive our digital marketing
strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, validate, and consolidate data from multiple business systems and maintain clean data
structures and definitions
- Build and maintain automated dashboards and reports in Power BI /Tableau
- Track key KPIs across functions (performance, productivity, cost, quality, SLAs, customer
outcomes); highlight trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Use Python (pandas, automation) for data cleaning, transformation, merging multiple sources,
and creating repeatable analysis pipelines
- Perform deep-dive analysis to identify root causes, bottlenecks, and drivers of performance;
convert insights into actionable recommendations
- Support experimentation and optimization (A/B testing, process improvements, parameter
tuning) and measure impact
- Build basic predictive models/forecasting where needed (demand, workload, churn risk,
outcome likelihood) to support planning and decision-making
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, documentation (metric definitions, data lineage, SOPs), and
compliance with privacy/security best practices
- Experience with digital marketing platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics,
Facebook Insights, HubSpot).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field with 7+Yrs of
experience
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in digital marketing.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software -Python. ( Python is mandatory)
- Hands-on experience in building dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Power BI
and/or Tableau.
- Experience with digital marketing platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics,
Facebook Insights, HubSpot).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
