Field Sales Executive – Diesel Generator Sales
Power Solutions / Diesel Generator (DG) Sales & Service
Experience: 1–5 Years (Field Sales Preferred)
Employment Type: Full Time
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new customers for DG set sales in assigned territory
* Meet contractors, builders, factories, hospitals, hotels, and commercial establishments
* Generate leads for diesel generator requirements
* Conduct site visits and customer meetings
* Coordinate with technical team for load assessment and proposal preparation
* Follow up with customers to convert leads into orders
* Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and consultants
* Track competitor activity and market developments
* Achieve monthly sales targets for the assigned region
Candidate Profile
* Graduate / Diploma holder (Engineering preferred but not mandatory)
* Experience in field sales / industrial sales / equipment sales preferred
* Good communication and negotiation skills
* Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
* Basic understanding of industrial equipment or power solutions is an advantage
* Must have two-wheeler and valid driving license
