Job Summary
The Compliance Executive – HR is responsible for ensuring the company follows all labour laws, statutory compliances, HR policies, and government regulations. The role includes handling compliance related to PF, ESIC, PT, Shops & Establishment, Labour Welfare Fund, payroll compliance, audits, employee records, and legal documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all labour laws and statutory regulations.
- Handle PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, and payroll compliance.
- Maintain employee records, registers, and statutory documentation.
- Coordinate with government departments and labour authorities.
- Conduct internal HR compliance audits across branches/stores.
- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and challans.
- Monitor contractor and third-party vendor compliance.
- Draft and update HR policies as per legal requirements.
- Handle notices, inspections, and legal compliance matters.
- Support HR operations in disciplinary and legal cases.
- Train managers and HR teams on compliance requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company data.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and HR compliance.
- Knowledge of PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment Act, CLRA, POSH, Minimum Wages, etc.
- Good documentation and audit handling skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS systems.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
