Job Description
As a Telecaller Executive, you will play a key role in connecting with job seekers, explaining overseas employment opportunities, generating quality leads, and assisting candidates throughout the initial stages of the recruitment process. This role is ideal for candidates who have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective candidates through outbound and inbound calls.
- Explain overseas job opportunities, recruitment procedures, and company services professionally.
- Generate and convert quality leads into successful registrations.
- Follow up with candidates and maintain regular communication.
- Build strong relationships with prospective applicants.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries and follow-ups in the CRM/database.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth candidate processing.
- Achieve monthly targets and contribute to the company's growth.
Eligibility
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Telecalling, Recruitment, Sales, Customer Service, or Business Development.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills in Malayalam and English.
- Knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.
- Good computer knowledge, including MS Office, email, and WhatsApp.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
