Role Overview :
We are looking for a proactive and organized CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, maintain client records, and ensure smooth communication between customers and internal teams. The candidate will handle customer queries, maintain sales and contract records, and support the sales and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update customer database and CRM records
- Handle customer communication through email and phone
- Track sales contracts, orders, and delivery status
- Coordinate with sales, logistics, and accounts teams
- Prepare customer reports and follow-up records
- Manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain documentation related to sales and contracts
- Ensure timely follow-up with clients for pending matters
- Generate reports from CRM systems for management review
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and coordination ability
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and CRM systems
- Ability to manage multiple client communications
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / BBA / MBA preferred)
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in CRM / Customer Support / Sales Coordination
- Freshers can also apply
- Experience in trading or import-export companies will be an advantage
Salary
- ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
