Job Summary
We are looking for a HR & Administration Executive who can manage recruitment, employee coordination, and office administration activities. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the company’s growing teams across different business operations by ensuring smooth HR processes and efficient office management.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
- Coordinate with management on hiring requirements for different departments.
- Assist in employee engagement and HR activities.
Administration
- Manage day-to-day office administration and operations.
- Coordinate with vendors for office requirements and services.
- Maintain office records, documentation, and compliance.
- Assist management with operational and administrative support.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics when required.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to multitask and manage administrative work
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
